- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 搬送ステージ上に搭載された複数個の基板
上を移動し、該基板上にワイヤーボンデイングさ
れた半導体チツプの上方から樹脂を塗布する装置
であつて、樹脂を塗布する複数個のシリンジと、
このシリンジを保持しシリンジ先端を塗布位置へ
移動するプリコートヘツドを備えたものにおいて
、上記シリンジ内部の樹脂を押し出すため、機械
力によりシリンジ内を移動するピストンを備えた
ことを特徴とする樹脂塗布装置。 (2) ピストンを押圧する機械的な力にモーター
を用いてなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記
載の樹脂塗布装置。
