Claims (1)
- 高圧セルに試料及び抽出流体を導入して封鎖し
、超臨界流体抽出及び相平衡計測を行う超臨界流
体抽出／相平衡装置において、高圧セル空間を有
するチヤンバに、シリンダ空間の底部が前記高圧
セル空間に連通しピストンを装着したシリンダを
脱着可能にして結合し、ピストン駆動による増圧
機構を構成すると共に、前記ピストンに連動する
セル容量測定機構を備えたことを特徴とする超臨
界流体抽出／相平衡装置。
