第１図は、本考案の容量制御装置を組入れた圧
縮機の部分断面図、第２図は、第１図の圧縮機の
弁組立体の下方部分の断面図であり、線―に
沿つてみた図、第３図は第１図及び第２図に示さ
れた吸入弁、制御レバー及び弁組立体の一部分の
上から見た平面図である。 図中、１２はシリンダブロツク、１６は弁組立
体、２２は容量制御装置、２６は吸入弁、４６は
レバー、５０は支点、５２は制御手段、５４はハ
ウジング、５６はピストン、６０はシリンダ室、
６８は導入有露、７０は排出流路、７２はレバー
の一端、７４はレバーの他端、７６は肩部、８０
，８２は腕、８４は切欠き、８６は軸部、８８は
ばね、９０は開口、１００は導管、１０２は開口
。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) シリンダ室６４と、該シリンダ室を覆つて
    延設されており、流体導入流路６８及び流体排出
    通路７０を画定し、該導入流路を通る流体の流れ
    を調整するための吸入弁２６を含む弁組立体１６
    とを備えた往復圧縮機の容量を調整するための容
    量制御装置２２において、 前記流体導入流路６８を横切つて前記吸入弁２
    ６の上方に延長したものであつて、前記弁組立体
    の半径方向外方に延長し該弁組立体の半径方向外
    側に位置する外端７２を画定する肩部７６と、該
    肩部から延長して前記環状板の両側上面に係合す
    る内端７４を画定する１対の互いに離隔した腕８
    ０，８２を備えたばね材製の可撓性レバー４６と
    、 該レバーの肩部に係合した支点５０と、 前記吸入弁をその開放位置へ押しやるように前
    記レバーを介して吸入弁に力を伝達するように該
    レバーの肩部に係合した制御手段５２とから成る
    容量制御装置。 (2) 前記支点５０は前記弁組立体によつて画定
    されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    容量制御装置。 (3) 前記弁組立体は、前記流体導入流路を通つ
    て延長した複数のピン４４を備えており、前記レ
    バー４６には複数の切欠き８４が形成されており
    、該ピン４４はレバー４６の側方への移動を制限
    するように該切欠きを通して延長している実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第２項記載の容量制御装置。 (4) 前記制御手段５２は、ハウジング５４と、
    該ハウジング内に摺動自在に配設されたピストン
    ５６と、該ピストンに連結されており、該ピスト
    ンから延長して前記レバー４６に係合したレバー
    係合部材５８と、前記吸入弁をその開放位置へ押
    しやるように前記レバー４６を介して吸入弁に力
    を伝達するように該ピストンに可変制御力を加え
    るための手段１００，１０２とを備え、該レバー
    係合部材５８は、該レバー４６とレバー係合部材
    ５８との間の相対的角運動を可能にする連結手段
    ８８を含むものであり、ピストン５６に可変制御
    力を加えるための前記手段は、前記ハウジング５
    ４内の蒸気圧を調節するための手段１００を含む
    ものである実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    容量制御装置。
