- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 絶縁板の一方の面に形成された信号導体と、絶
縁板の他方の面に形成されたアース導体とによつ
て構成されるマイクロストリツプラインにおいて
、 上記信号導体に近接平行して凹溝を設け、この
凹溝に必要に応じて誘電率を変化させる媒体を挿
入し、マイクロストリツプラインの特性インピー
ダンスを調整できるようにしたインピーダンス調
整機能を具備したマイクロストリツプライン。
