- 半導体素子測定用電極触子において、電極触子
の取付部に、半導体素子との接触面に対し斜め後
方に向けて溝を設け、該溝内に電極触子を摺動可
能に設けたことを特徴とする半導体素子測定用電
極触子のセルフクリーニング機構。
