配置されている。この貫通孔2には、図示しない入出力
端子が挿入されるようになっている。上記結合孔3は断
面矩形の孔であり、隣接する貫通孔2の間に配置されて
いる。第2図に示すように、各貫通孔2と結合孔3は互
いに平行に延びており、それぞれ共振器本体1のショー
ト面4に間口している。このシ」−ト面・1には、金属
ケース5が接着剤やはんだなどによっC固着されている
