Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 サンドヒータから供給される加熱された鋳物砂
    と樹脂等を混練機を用いて混練しシエルモールド
    コーテツドサンドを製造する装置であつて、 サンドヒータに供給する鋳物砂を予熱するため
    のプレサンドヒータを備えてなり、 このプレサンドヒータは、鋳物砂を収容する本
    体と、本体に設けられた鋳物砂床と、本体に設け
    られた鋳物砂導入口および鋳物砂排出口と、鋳物
    砂を加熱するために鋳物砂の下方の本体に設けら
    れた加熱流体導入口と、本体の上方に設けられた
    加熱流体排出筒とから構成され、鋳物砂の再生装
    置の廃ガスから熱交換器により加熱された加熱流
    体が加熱流体導入口から供給されることを特徴と
    するシエルモールドコーテツドサンド製造装置。
