- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ２つの部材の結合部を教示された加工ラインに
沿つて加工する加工装置において、 加工ラインに沿う２つの部材の結合部の画像を
所定距離間隔でサンプリングする撮像手段と、こ
の撮像手段の視野を加工ライン上の任意の位置か
ら加工方向と逆方向に移動させ、前記任意の位置
の画像と異なる形状の画像が得られた位置を加工
開始位置として検出する画像処理手段とを備える
加工開始位置検出装置。
