- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 被検査品を撮像装置で撮像して検査する視覚検
査装置であつて、 基準品を所定位置に位置決めするための位置決
め部と、 前記基準品の位置決め位置と隣接する所定の検
査位置へ被検査品を導くための搬送手段と、 位置決め位置の基準品と検査位置の被検査品と
を同一視野内に含むよう撮像装置の視野を生成す
る光学系と、 同一視野内の基準品と被検査品とを撮像装置で
撮像して得た画像を処理して一致判別する画像処
理装置とを備えて成る視覚検査装置。
