- パンケース内にパン生地等を混練する撹拌装置
を設け、パン生地の混練、発酵、ガス抜き、焼き
上げを自動的に行なう全自動パン作り機に於いて
、上記撹拌装置は回転板上に複数の棒状突起を立
設した事を特徴としてなる全自動パン作り機。
