Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 菓子生地を載置して所定の進行方向に循環さ
    せつつその菓子生地を焼成または乾燥する循環路
    が配置されており、この循環路の適当箇所には、
    循環路上の菓子生地の状態を検知する１以上のセ
    ンサが臨ませてあり、このセンサにはセンサの出
    力を受け、その出力に基づいて菓子生地を循環路
    から搬出するように排出手段を作動させる制御部
    が接続されていることを特徴とする菓子生地自動
    排出装置。 ２ 排出手段は、循環路に連結した排出部と、循
    環路の少なくとも一部からなり、前記所定の進行
    方向とは逆方向に進行可能な反転可能路とにより
    構成されていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項記載の菓子生地自動排出装置。 ３ 排出手段は、循環路の中途に臨むように移動
    して、循環路上の菓子生地を受けて循環路外部に
    排出する移動排出路からなることを特徴とする実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の菓子生地自動
    排出装置。 ４ 制御部はセンサの出力値を回帰分析し、この
    分析により求めた回帰線が予め定めた基準値に達
    した場合に排出手段を作動させるように構成した
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    〜第３項のいずれか１項に記載の菓子生地自動排
    出装置。 ５ センサは温度センサもしくは色センサとした
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    〜第４項いずれか１項に記載の菓子生地自動排出
    装置。
