明においては、各種電子部品をあらかじめ部品搬
送用パレツトに必要数量準備する一方、プリント
基板等の被組立物を搬送する組立用コンベアに平
行に部品供給用コンベアを設け、この部品供給用
コンベアに、電子部品を収納した上記部品搬送用
パレツトを供給し、各組立ステーシヨンで部品搬
送用パレツトと被組立物とを高精度に位置決め
し、部品搬送用パレツトにおいて電子部品のリー
ド端子を部品搬送用パレツトに設けられたリード
端子ガイドにより正確に位置決めし、ロボツト等
を用いて部品搬送用パレツトより電子部品を取り
出して被組立物に組み付けを行なうようにしたこ
とを特徴とするものである。
