Claims (1)
- 基板の絶縁表面に、半導体光活性層と該半導体
光活性層を挾む第１及び第２電極膜とから成る複
数の発電領域を設け、隣接する発電領域の第１及
び第２電極膜が上記基板の一端縁に延びて互いに
電気的に接続された光起電力装置において、上記
基板の一端縁は上記発電領域への光入射側方向へ
傾斜し、この面への入射光を上記発電領域方向へ
反射する反射面とされたことを特徴とする光起電
力装置。
