Claims (1)
- 基板表面の複数の発電領域毎に形成された第一
延長部を有する第一電極膜、この第一電極膜を含
む基板のほぼ全面に形成された半導体光活性層、
及び第一電極膜のそれぞれと対向して、前記複数
の発電領域毎に形成されると共に、隣接する発電
領域の第一延長部上に延び、半導体光活性層を挟
んだ状態で、第一延長部と電気的に接続された第
二延長部を有する第二電極膜を備えた光起電力装
置において、第一延長部と第二延長部との間に存
在する半導体光活性層部分への光入射を遮る遮光
体を設けることを特徴とする光起電力装置。
