Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 基板の絶縁表面の複数の発電領域毎に配された
    第１電極膜及び第２電極膜と、これら電極膜に挾
    まれて上記基板の略全面に配された半導体光活性
    層とを備え、上記第１電極膜の第１接続部とこれ
    に隣接する上記第２電極膜の櫛状第２接続部とを
    重畳させてその重畳部分にエネルギービームを照
    射することにより、これら電極膜を電気的に接続
    した光起電力装置であつて、上記第１電極と第２
    電極膜の重畳部分の上記第１電極膜上に、帯状の
    導電部材を配したことを特徴とする光起電力装置
    。
