Claims (1)
- 長さ方向両側部に沿つて送り用穿孔列を有する
連続シートを、前記送り用穿孔列を整合させて複
数枚重ね合せ、一方の送り用穿孔列の内側に各連
続シートを互いに接合する接着部を設け、他方の
送り用穿孔列の内側に直線状の切取部を設けると
ともに、長さ方向に定間隔をおいて横断ミシン目
を設けて単位伝票を区画形成してなり、前記各連
続シートの各単位伝票に次層の連続シートの単位
伝票の一部順次表面露出するように切欠部を設け
、前記切欠部越しに光学読み取りマーク表示域を
形成し、重ね合せ状態において、前記各連続シー
トにおける単位伝票の光学的読み取りマーク地示
域に光学的読み取りマークをプリント印字可能に
なしたことを特徴とする配送用連続伝票。
