Claims (1)
- 圧電素子と、該圧電素子の両端を挟持し一定間
隔を有して対向配置された一対のロの字形状の可
撓部材と、該一対の可撓部材の一端より同一方向
に対向して延長された変位拡大用の一対のバネ材
と、該バネ材の他端側においてこれらのバネ材の
間隔を一定に保持する手段と、前記可撓部材の前
記圧電素子と平行する枠部分に該枠部分に直交し
て設けられた少くとも一以上のスリツトとを具備
してなる圧電素子の出力拡大機構。
