Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 液を保持するタンク内に垂直に固定され、
下端に液を導入する導入口を有するケースと、 前記ケース内の垂直方向に所定間隔毎に配置さ
れた一群のサーミスタと、 前記ケース内に気密に封入された第２のサーミ
スタと、 夫々電源より抵抗を介して接続された前記一群
のサーミスタが入力端に接続され電源より抵抗を
介して接続された第２のサーミスタが基準入力端
に与えられた一群のコンパレータを有する比較回
路部と、を具備し、前記一群のサーミスタが夫々
液中又は空気中に位置する際に相異なる前記一群
のコンパレータの出力に基づいて前記タンク内の
液面のレベルを検知することを特徴とする液面レ
ベルセンサ。 (2) 前記一群のサーミスタ及び第２のサーミス
タは、同一の温度特性を有するものであることを
特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
液面レベルセンサ。
