Claims (1)
- １つのシリンダ内にあつて該シリンダ内への圧
力流体の出入によつて互いに独立作動可能な２つ
のピストンと、１つの弁室内にあつて前記両ピス
トンの各々に連結され第１と第２のポート間、第
２と第３のポート間および第１と第３のポート間
を経由する流路を開閉する互いに接離可能な２つ
の弁体を有し、該両弁体が、バネ部材によつて互
いに合接する方向に常時付勢されてなることを特
徴とする三方弁。
