Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) コンデンサを含み複数からなる回路素子を
表面に設けた低誘電体基板と、表裏面に導電層を
電極として設けて前記コンデンサの少なくとも一
部とした誘電体基板とを備え、この誘電体基板を
前記低誘電体基板上であつて前記回路素子が配設
されている領域に並設したことを特徴とする複合
回路部品。 (2) 前記コンデンサを含み複数からなる回路素
子はフイルタ回路である実用新案登録請求の範囲
第１項記載の複合回路部品。 (3) 前記誘電体基板の電極をトリミングするこ
とによりフイルタ特性を調整するものである実用
