DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for producing an uneven pattern on a decorative board, and more specifically, an ultraviolet curable coating 2 is applied over the entire surface of a base material 1, and then an uncured coating is applied. Droplets 3 of a liquid that transmits ultraviolet rays are sprayed onto the ultraviolet curable paint 2 to form an uneven pattern 4 on the surface of the ultraviolet curable paint 2, and then ultraviolet rays are irradiated onto the ultraviolet curable paint 2. UV curing paint 2
To provide a method for producing a concavo-convex pattern on a decorative board, which is characterized by curing.

Conventionally, when a decorative board B having an uneven pattern was manufactured using an ultraviolet curable paint, as shown in Fig. 1, the ultraviolet curable paint 2' was applied to the surface of the base material 1' using a letterpress and irradiated with ultraviolet rays. UV-curable paint 2'
However, since the UV-curable paint 2' does not cover the entire surface of the base material 1', the exposed parts of the base material 1' are easily contaminated, and the UV-curable paint 2' and the base material 1' has the disadvantage that it easily peels off.
Another disadvantage was that a special plate was required because it was letterpress printing.

The present invention has been made in view of the drawbacks of the conventional examples, and its purpose is to form an uneven pattern without the need for a special plate, and to create a pattern between the base material and the ultraviolet curable paint. To provide a method for producing a concavo-convex pattern on a decorative board that does not peel off and is hard to stain.

以下、本発明を図示実施例に従つて詳述する。 The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to illustrated embodiments.

The base material 1 has a regular plate shape. As the ultraviolet curable paint 2, polyester-based paints, acrylic urethane-modified resin-based paints, etc. are used. Examples of liquids that can transmit ultraviolet light include water, and the interfacial tension thereof is preferably about the same as that of water. As shown in FIG. 2b, the UV-curable paint 2 is uniformly applied onto the base material 1 by a method such as roll coating, and then, when the UV-curable paint 2 is in an uncured and soft state, it can transmit UV rays. The liquid droplets 3 are distributed by spraying or other means. Then, as shown in FIG. 3, this droplet 3 enters the surface of the soft, uncured ultraviolet curable paint 2, forming a crater-shaped recess 6 with a flat bottom 5 and a slightly raised periphery. In this case, the recess 6 is not depressed until it reaches the base material 1. Thereafter, the ultraviolet curing paint 2 is irradiated with ultraviolet rays to be cured, and at the same time, the droplets 3 are also evaporated. Then, the surface of the UV-curable paint 2 has an uneven pattern due to the large number of concave portions 6, and the gloss caused by the UV-curable paint 2 appears on the entire surface. This decorative board A is used as an interior material for a building.

As described above, in the present invention, an ultraviolet curable paint is applied over the entire surface of the base material and is cured by irradiation with ultraviolet rays, so that the base material, which is easily soiled, is not exposed to the outside and is free from stains. The advantage is that the UV-curable paint is not easily peeled off, and because the UV-curable paint is connected as a single piece rather than dotted, the UV-curable paint does not peel off in pieces, and the adhesion between the UV-curable paint and the base material is good. Furthermore, since droplets of a liquid that transmits ultraviolet rays are sprinkled onto the uncured UV-curable paint to form an uneven pattern on the surface of the UV-curable paint, no special plate is required. It is possible to form a droplet-like uneven pattern even when using liquid droplets, and because it uses droplets, no two patterns are exactly the same, which has the advantage of making the uneven pattern look natural. .
