Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a decorative plate having unevenness at random and superior luster by applying a base material surface with an ultraviolet-ray setting coating material, by dripping and flooring a semicured or cured ultraviolet-ray setting coating material on it and then by setting both the above-mentioned materials lastly by ultraviolet rays.
CONSTITUTION: The top surface of base material 1 is coated with uncured ultraviolet-ray setting coating 2 and uncured ultraviolet-ray setting coating 3 is dripped from sink 4 onto base material 1, but coating 3 is semicured or cured in process of dripping by being irradiated with ultraviolet rays (a) from lighting lamp 5 to spread the top surface of base material 1 without scattering it. Lastly, the top surface of base material 1 is irradiated with ultraviolet rays to cure previously applied coating 2 and drops of coating 3. Thus, cured coating 3 is stuck to the top surface of base material 1 and a decorative plate having an excellently lustrous emboss pattern is manufactured.
