り形成したことを特徴とするマグネトロンボンバ
ード電極。

ａｌ Ｖａｐｏｒ Ｄｅｐｏｓｉｔｉｏｎ）によ
り形成したことを特徴とするマグネトロンボンバ
ード電極。
