Claims (1)
- 複数枚の圧電素子を超音波ホーンとバツクマス
とで挾みボルト締めしてなる超音波振動子におい
て、前記超音波ホーン及びバツクマスの少なくと
もいずれか一方を複数の音響的性質の異なる材質
で構成するか、あるいは連続的に音響的性質を変
化させた材質で構成したことを特徴とする超音波
振動子。
