Claims (1)
- 入力された測定信号のパルス数をカウントする
カウント回路と、指定の数値を記憶するレジスタ
と、前記カウント回路から出力されるカウント値
と前記レジスタから出力される設定値とを比較し
一致した場合に一致信号を出力するデジタルコン
パレータと、前記デジタルコンパレータから出力
される前記一致信号を入力としてトリガ信号を出
力する単発パルス発生回路とを含むことを特徴と
するトリガ信号発生装置。
