The engaging protrusion 7C is oriented in the inner radial direction so as to protrude from the inner periphery of the tube insertion hole 18, and the cam surface 7b is oriented obliquely toward the flexible tube insertion port 4. In addition, the elastic support protrusion 16
is in contact with the inner circumferential surface 17. The corrugated flexible tube 14 may be installed at the same time as the connecting piece 3.3 is bent, or after it is fixed with the lock nut 11. If the corrugated flexible tube 14 is installed at the same time, the corrugated flexible tube 14 The tip of the tube 14 should be in contact with the tube stopper surface 8, and the groove 15 should be in contact with the retaining protrusion 7.
so that it fits. As a result, the retaining protrusion 7
After the corrugated flexible tube 14 is securely prevented from coming off, the box connecting portion 6 is inserted into the wiring opening 13, and the lock nut 11 is attached to the screw 10 to fix the pipe joint. If the pipe joint is first fixed to the box 12 and then the corrugated flexible tube 14 is inserted, the ridges of the corrugated flexible tube 14 can be removed by inserting the corrugated flexible tube 14 through the insertion port 4. hits the cam surface 7b and acts to kick the engagement protrusion 7C. Accordingly, the elastic support protrusion 16 protrudes inward and elastically deforms in a waving manner, and the retaining protrusion 7 rotates as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. The protrusion 7C comes to escape in the direction of the inner circumferential groove 17. As a result, the corrugated flexible tube 14 is inserted into the tube insertion hole 18 so that its tip comes into contact with the tube stopper surface 8. At that point, the engaging protrusion 7C of the retaining protrusion 7 fits into the groove 15 of the corrugated flexible tube 14 due to elastic return, and in this way, the corrugated flexible tube 14 is reliably prevented from coming off. The state will be as follows.

FIGS. 4 to 14 show a pipe joint for a corrugated flexible pipe that has been more concretely implemented. This corrugated flexible pipe fitting has a plug ring 26 as described above.
It integrally includes a hinge piece 27 and a pair of connecting pieces 28 and 29. At the center of the insertion ring 26, there is a flexible tube insertion port 3.
0 is formed, and a fitting groove 31 having an angular cross-section is formed in the upper inner peripheral portion of the insertion ring 26. In this fitting groove 31, fitting protrusions 32.32 protruding from each end of the connecting pieces 28.29 are provided on both connecting pieces 28.2.
9 are designed to fit together when stacked on top of each other. From the fitting groove 31, four elastic support protrusions 33 facing in the axial direction of the insertion ring 26 are arranged at equiangular positions in the circumferential direction, and a retaining protrusion 34 is integrally provided at each tip. Each of the retaining protrusions 34 has a triangular cross section and is formed into an arc shape when viewed from above, and when the connecting pieces 28 and 29 are put together, they are placed back to back on the inner periphery of one end of each connecting piece 28 and 29. It is considered a thing. At this time, the elastic support protrusion 33 passes through both sides of the stopper 35.35 protruding from the inner periphery of one end of each connection piece 28.29, and comes into contact with the inner periphery 436.
Further, each retaining protrusion 34.34 has a stopper 35.3.
5 from the rear side. Each retaining protrusion 34.34 is elastically deformed together with the elastic support protrusion 33, so when the corrugated flexible tube is inserted into both the connecting pieces 28.29, which have become one cylindrical body, the retaining protrusions 34. It escapes and deforms due to the force, allowing insertion of the corrugated flexible tube until it hits the tube stopper surface 37. When the corrugated flexible tube hits the tube stopper surface 37 and stops, the retaining protrusion 34 fits into the groove of the corrugated flexible tube due to its elastic return force, and even if you try to pull out the corrugated flexible tube, it will not come out. The stopper protrusion 34 prevents it from coming off. At this time, the stopper 35 mechanically reliably prevents the elastic support protrusion 33 from being elastically deformed and the retaining protrusion 34 from coming off from within the connection piece 28, 29.
.. 29 is provided with a fitting groove 38.38 on the inner side of both ends in the circumferential direction, and the other side is provided with the fitting groove 38.38.
A fitting projection 39,39 is provided which fits into the interior through elastic deformation. The fitting protrusion 39 is adapted to fit tightly into the fitting groove 38. Each connection piece 28.
At the axial end of 29, a half-split screw 40, 40 is formed as a box connection.

As described above, the pipe joint for corrugated flexible pipe according to the present invention has at least the inner circumferential surface on the outer peripheral part of the insertion ring whose central opening serves as the flexible pipe insertion port into which the corrugated flexible pipe is inserted. A connecting piece consisting of two pieces each having a semi-cylindrical surface shape is connected via a hinge piece at the same end in the axial direction of each piece, and these connecting pieces are brought together by bending at the hinge piece, and there is a connection between the two pieces. The internal space formed in the insertion ring becomes a cylindrical tube insertion hole through which the corrugated flexible tube inserted into the insertion ring is inserted, and a wiring box is attached to the outer periphery of the other end of the cylindrical body. A box connection part is inserted into the wiring opening and fixed to the box, and at least one of the inner peripheral parts is fitted into a groove on the outer peripheral surface of a flexible tube inserted into the pipe insertion hole. In a pipe joint for a corrugated flexible pipe that is equipped with mating retaining projections, an elastic support projection that is elastically deformable in the radial direction of the insertion ring is provided on one side of the insertion ring, and A retaining protrusion is provided at the tip so as to be located near the entrance of the tube insertion hole when the corrugated flexible tube is inserted. While it escapes by rotating in the radial direction to allow insertion of the corrugated flexible tube,
When restored by the elastic return force of the elastic support protrusion, it fits into the groove on the outer circumferential surface of the corrugated flexible tube and regulates the bending of the corrugated flexible tube. This improves productivity and ease of assembly. In addition to being excellent at reducing costs and reducing costs, it is also possible to
The corrugated flexible tube can be installed efficiently whether it is attached to the wiring box or later, and the corrugated flexible tube can be reliably installed to prevent it from coming off later. It is something that
