Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 芯材上にポリ塩化ビニル系樹脂表皮部材と長毛
添毛布もしくは編織布表皮部材を連続接合してな
る複合材において、 (イ) 上記ポリ塩化ビニル系樹脂表皮部材は、ポ
リ塩化ビニル系樹脂シートからなる表皮層と、ポ
リ塩化ビニル系樹脂フオームからなるクツシヨン
材とが予じめ一体積層化され、かつ、該クツシヨ
ン材の裏面にポリエステル系樹脂又はポリアミド
系樹脂からなる接着剤層が形成されており、 (ロ) 上記長毛添毛布又は編織布表皮部材は、繊
維素材が、ポリエステル系樹脂又はポリアミド系
樹脂で、毛長０．５〜４mmの長毛添毛布又は同素
材の編織布からなる表皮層と、熱可塑性合成樹脂
フオームからなるクツシヨン材からなり、該長毛
添毛布又は編織布表皮部材が前記芯材の所定部位
に接合一体化して形成されており、 (ハ) 前記長毛添毛布又は編織布表皮部材上にポ
リ塩化ビニル系樹脂表皮部材が重積され、高周波
溶着加工で上記長毛添毛布又は編織布とが重積さ
れている端縁が接合一体化されていることを特徴
とする複合材。
