- 磁気センサ利用の位置検出装置に使用するリニ
アスケールにおいて、非磁性体よりなる線状母材
上に、強磁性合金棒に等間隔λで磁極を着磁した
ｎ本（ｎは２より大きい正整数）の着磁棒を、磁
極の相対位置がλ／ｎづつずれた位置に平行に隣
接して配設固着してなることを特徴とするリニア
スケール。
