Claims (1)
- 垂直、水平方向に駆動するコンベアと多段式に
順に設けた加熱室、冷却室とよりなり、コンベア
のチエーンに取付けた載置板は上記加熱室、冷却
室内を水平動自在とし、加熱室の下部にはスパー
ジパイプ、スチームヒーター等を設置して加熱自
在とし、冷却室には冷風の吹き込みを自在とした
食品包装物の加熱殺菌装置。
