Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 円筒形のスクリーン１の内部に駆動軸５を同
    心状に設け、駆動軸５に回転枠６．７を固定し、
    回転枠６．７にローラー９をスクリーン１に近い
    位置で遊転自在に枢支し、駆動軸５の回転駆動に
    基づき、回転枠６．７を介してローラー９を公転
    駆動するとともに自転遊動させることにより、ス
    クリーン１の内部に投入された造粒材料をローラ
    ー９でその公転の前側空間１１からスクリーン１
    の多数の造粒孔外へ押し出して造粒するように構
    成した押出し成形式造粒機において、ローラー９
    の回転軸心Ｇを駆動軸５の軸心Ｚに対して平行に
    隔たる平面Ｓ上で傾斜させた事を特徴とする押出
    し成形式造粒機。 ２ ローラー９の外周面９Ａがスクリーン内周面
    １Ａに、ローラー９の全長にわたつてほぼ一様に
    線接触的に内接するよう、ローラー９の外形をた
    る形乃至たる形に近似の形状とした実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項に記載の押出し成形式造粒機。 ３ ローラー９の総数を４個又はそれ以上の偶数
    に形成し、ローラー軸７の傾斜方向が相隣るもの
    と互いに反対であるようにした実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項又は第２項に記載の押出し成形式造
    粒機。 ４ ローラー９の外周面９Ａにすべり防止溝９ａ
    をローラー９の回転軸心Ｇに対して傾斜状に形成
    した実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項〜第３項のい
    ずれかに記載の押出し成形式造粒機。
