- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 プリント基板のランド位置対応にプローブ挿入
用穴７を設けた絶縁板１と、 最小ランド間隔よりも小さい間隔でマトリツク
ス状に配設され、互いに絶縁された電極６群を有
する電極盤２と、 前記絶縁板の穴に挿入され、前記電極上に後端
部が接触するプローブ３群とからなり、 該プローブ先端部に前記プリント基板のランド
を接触させて布線検査するようにしたことを特徴
とするオフグリツド対応の布線検査治具。
