- 処理室内に処理ガスを供給する主配管と、該主
配管の途中にあつて流路の開閉を行なう空気作動
弁と、該空気作動弁を作動させるエアー源と、該
エアー源と前記空気作動弁とを結ぶ空気配管の途
中に設けられ空気供給を自動切替えする電磁弁と
、前記空気作動弁の空気配管の途中に設けられエ
アー供給を手動で切替える手動切替弁とから成る
ことを特徴とする自動空気作動弁制御回路。
