Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 注入口を有する上型とこれに型合せされる下型
    とを備え、かつその下型内に表皮材を配設すると
    ともに、その内側に発泡性合成樹脂材の原源を注
    入することで、発泡体を前記表皮材と一体に発泡
    成形する表皮一体成形型発泡体の成形装置におい
    て、前記上型に対しシリンダ部材を注入口に臨ま
    せて設け、このシリンダ部材の側部に前記発泡性
    合成樹脂材の原液を注入する発泡成形機の注入ヘ
    ツドを連結するとともに、前記シリンダ部材内で
    摺動動作されることにより前記注入口を閉塞する
    ピストンを内設したことを特徴とする表皮一体成
    形型発泡体の成形装置。
