爪の作動を説明する図である。第５図は第１図の
装置においてパレツトを送り出す状態を示す平面
図である。第６図は第５図における―断面図
である。第７図は第５図における―断面図で
ある。 １４：ワーク、２２：パレツト、２４：位置決
めストツパ、３６：カムフオロワ、３８：カム、
４２：シリンダ（駆動手段）、４６：ブラケツト
（移動部材）、５４：送出し爪。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ワークを載置して搬送路上を一方向へ順次
    搬送されるパレツトを予め定められた停止位置に
    位置決めするとともに、該停止位置から前記一方
    向へ送り出す装置であつて、 駆動手段により前記一方向と平行な方向へ往復
    移動させられる移動部材と、 前記パレツトと係合して該パレツトを前記停止
    位置に位置決めする突出し位置と、該パレツトと
    の係合が不能な退避位置との間の移動可能に、前
    記搬送路に配設された位置決めストツパと、 前記移動部材および前記位置決めストツパの双
    方において互いに係合可能に設けられ、該移動部
    材が前記一方向における上流側移動端へ移動させ
    られたときには該位置決めストツパを前記突出し
    位置に保持する一方、該移動部材が該上流側移動
    端から一方向へ移動させられるときには該位置決
    めストツパを前記退避位置に退避させるカム装置
    と、 前記パレツトとの係合が可能な突出し位置と該
    パレツトとの係合が不能な退避位置との間の移動
    可能に前記移動部材に取り付けられ、該移動部材
    が前記上流側移動端から前記一方向へ移動させら
    れるときには該突出し位置に保持されて該パレツ
    トを該移動部材とともに移動させるが、該パレツ
    トが該一方向へ前記停止位置まで搬送されるとき
    には該退避位置に退避させられて該パレツトの移
    動を許容する送出し爪と を有することを特徴とするパレツト位置決め送
    出し装置。 (2) 前記送出し爪は、前記移動部材に一軸まわ
    りの回動可能に取り付けられ、スプリングの付勢
    力に従つて常には前記突出し位置に保持されるが
    、前記パレツトが該移動部材に対して相対的に前
    記一方向へ移動させられるときには該パレツトと
    の係合に伴つて該スプリングの付勢力に抗して前
    記退避位置へ回動させられるものである実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のパレツト位置決め
    送出し装置。
