Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 3、発明の詳細な説明〕 (産業上の利用分野ン 本発明は下水道管渠等の如き埋設管渠の不同沈下矯正工
法に係るものである。
(従来の技術) 本発明者等は嚢に特願昭61−17832号において、
管渠下面と、同管渠の敷設される基礎上面との間に気嚢
体を介装しておき、前記管渠の不同沈下発生時、前記気
嚢体に圧力流体を封入して膨張せしめ、同気嚢体によっ
て前記管渠を扛上したのち、同管渠下面と前言e基礎上
面との間に充填材を注入、硬化せしめる埋設管渠の不同
沈下矯正工法を提案した。
(発明が解決しようとする問題点) このように地中において管渠を扛上する際、同管渠の開
設深度が犬きくなると土圧も増加するので管渠が土圧に
耐えられなくなって毀損する慣れがある。
(問題点を解決するための手段) 本発明はこのような問題点を解決するために提案された
もので、埋設管渠の不同沈下矯正工法において前記管渠
の上面に緩衝材を載架し、同緩衝材の圧縮変形量に比例
して管渠を扛上せしめることによって前記の問題点を解
決するものである。
(作用) 本発明は前記したように構成されているので、管渠敷設
時(、上面て緩衝材が載架された管渠の下面と基礎上面
との間に予め介装された気r体に対して、管渠の不同沈
下発生時に圧力流体を注入して膨張せしめ、このように
膨張した気嚢体によって管渠を緩衝材の圧縮変形量に比
例して扛上し、かくして管渠が適正位置にまで扛上され
たとき、同管渠下方と基礎との間の空隙に充填材を充増
し、硬化せしめることによって管渠の不同沈下を矯正す
るものでおる。
(実施例) 以下本発明を図示の実施例について説明する。
(1)は鉄筋コンクリート製管渠で、鉄筋コンクリート
基礎(2)上に敷設する際、同基礎(2)の上面に設け
られた円弧状断面形の管渠着座部(2a)と前記管渠(
1)下面との間に強化ゴム等で構成された耐圧性気嚢体
(3)を介装するとともに、管渠(1)の上面に発泡ス
チロール等の緩衝材(4)を載架する。(第1図参照) 而して前記管渠(1)に不同沈下を生起した場合、第2
図に示すように、前記気嚢体(3)に適宜手段によって
圧力流体を封入して膨張させ気嚢体(1)を扛上すると
、前記緩衝体(4)が圧縮変形し、管渠(1)は緩衝材
(4)の圧縮変形量δに比例して扛上される。
かくして同気嚢体(3)によって各管渠(1)を敷設時
と同一線上に位置するように扛上し、この状態でマンホ
ール(図示せず)′または管渠(1)内よシ、同管渠(
1)下方と前記基礎(2)の管渠着座部(2a)との間
に合成樹脂、セメント系等の充填材を注入、固化せしめ
て前記管渠(1)の不同沈下を矯正するものである。
前記実施例の方法によればこのように簡単な施工で埋設
管渠(1)の不同沈下を矯正しうるものであシ、管渠(
1)はその上面に載架された緩衝材(4)の圧縮変形量
に比例して扛上されるととによシ緩衝材に歪の余裕が残
っている間は土圧による破損を防止される。また前記矯
正作業後、気嚢体(3)を−旦収縮して再使用に供する
ことができ、また管渠(1)の埋戻し工事の際に、気嚢
体(3)を多少膨張させておくことによって瞬間的に管
渠(1)に大きく作用する付加土圧に対抗して、埋戻し
工事の際における同付加土圧による管渠(1)の破損を
防止しうるものである。
なお、シールr、ミニシールド、推進工法等の各工法に
おける管体の不同沈下に対しても、不同沈下が予測され
る場合には、切羽、或いは予め管下部に気嚢体を取付け
る等の方法によって不同沈下の矯正が可能である。
以上本発明を実施例について説明したが、本発明は勿論
このような実施例にだけ局限されるものではなく、本発
明の精神を逸脱しない範囲で種々の設計の改変を施しう
るものである: (発明の効果) 本発明によればこのように、管渠下面と同管渠の敷設さ
れる基礎上面との間に介装された気嚢体に圧力流体を封
入して膨張させることによって、前記管渠を扛上させる
ようにした埋設管渠の不同沈下矯正工法において、同管
渠の上面に緩衝材を載架して、同緩衝材の圧縮変形量に
比例して管渠を扛上することによって管渠の土圧による
損傷が防止される。
また本発明の方法によれば、管渠と土圧とは緩衝材によ
って縁切シされているだめ、管渠の上被シの大小にかか
わらず、不同沈下の矯正が可能である。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 管渠下面と、同管渠の敷設される基礎上面との間に気嚢
    体を介装するとともに、前記管渠の上面に緩衝材を載架
    し、前記管渠の不同沈下発生時、前記気嚢体に圧力流体
    を封入して膨脹せしめ、同気嚢体によつて前記管渠を前
    記緩衝材の圧縮変形量に比例して扛上したのち、同管渠
    下面と前記基礎上面との間に充填材を注入、硬化せしめ
    ることを特徴とする埋設管渠の不同沈下矯正工法。
