As disclosed in Publication No. 26303, it has the elegance of natural suede, as well as excellent functions such as lightness and fastness of dyeing, and has been highly evaluated especially in the field of outwear. However, since these artificial leathers are generally finished only on one surface, they have the disadvantage of requiring a lining when used as a product. In order to overcome these drawbacks, although it is not suede-like artificial leather, for example,
As disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 11925, a velor-like artificial leather has been proposed in which one surface is covered with raised piles of microfine fiber bundles that are different from the other surface. However, this velor-like artificial leather is made by laminating webs or felts made of two different types of sea-island fibers.
It can be obtained by needle punching, but in order to ensure the minimum strength required for artificial leather, the fibers forming the front and back layers inevitably penetrate to the opposite side due to needle punching, so two types of fibers are always used. The problem remained that when mixed, the surface was covered with raised fluff, and when dyed, the color tone became marbled, resulting in an extremely poor appearance. The present invention solves these problems and provides suede-like artificial leather in which the raised material on both sides is different. The present invention is characterized by the fact that the front and back sides are beautifully dyed in different tones, making it extremely desirable. This provides a product that has heterochromia on both sides. By using the suede-like artificial leather of the present invention, it is possible to provide a product that has different colors on both sides, that is, is reversible, thereby making it possible to diversify product designs and applications.

In the case of making toned artificial leather, the above-mentioned
It has been found that, as in the case of the -11925 publication, even when a small amount of yarns on the front and back sides are mixed together, only a product with an extremely poor appearance can be produced. Therefore, we conducted extensive studies on reversible artificial leather that looks good, and found that it is essential for reversible artificial leather that unnecessary ultrafine fibers of other fiber materials are not mixed in the surface layer, and we have arrived at the present invention.

とするスエード調人工皮革である。 That is, the present invention provides a suede-like artificial material in which a rubber-like elastic body is interposed in the interstitial gap of a nonwoven fabric structure consisting of knitted fabrics existing between nonwoven fabric layers, and has napped microfibers on both sides. In leather, the nonwoven fabric layers that exist on both sides of a knitted fabric are each dyed in a different color and are composed of ultrafine fibers of different fiber materials. The ultrafine fibers of the nonwoven fabric layers on both sides of the knitted fabric intertwine and intertwine with each other, and the ultrafine fibers mix with each other near the knitted fabric, but in the surface layer, the ultrafine fibers do not mix with each other. This suede-like artificial leather is characterized in that there is substantially no color turbidity on either surface due to the inclusion of ultrafine fibers of different colors on the opposite side to the knitted fabric.

On the other hand, it is possible to obtain artificial leather in which both surfaces are dyed in different colors without color turbidity caused by the contamination of fibers on the opposite side. The suede-like artificial leather of the present invention has a rubber-like elastic body interposed in such a base fabric, and has raised naps on both surfaces.

The ultrafine fibers made of different fiber materials on the opposite side of the knitted fabric do not mix with each other on the surface and form naps on both sides. Only in this way can a heterochromatic effect with excellent color tone be obtained.
If the two are mixed, it is difficult to dye completely different colors, and a marbled tone or undesirable unevenness may occur. However, if the amount of mixing is very small, especially if a small amount of ultrafine fibers of other fiber materials are mixed in a single filament state, the mixing may not be discernible with the naked eye, and such mixing is not a problem. However, it is possible to intentionally mix two or more types of fibers in one or both, but in this case, the mixed color will be reversible with different types on the front and back sides, and even in this case, for knitted fabrics, It is allowed as long as there is no mixing on the back side of the opposite ultrafine fibers. Furthermore, from the viewpoint of durability in practical use, consideration of interlayer peeling is particularly important. In other words, the ultrafine fibers that make up the two layers, the front and back, must be bound together to an extent that is effective in preventing peeling while suppressing mixing with each other.

必要である。 In the present invention, it is necessary that the ultrafine fibers of the nonwoven fabric layers on both sides are intermixed in the intermediate layer, which is important in terms of preventing the development of interlayer peeling during processing and in the product. . Also, one guideline for the degree of mixing is:
It can be expressed as "strong peeling". Regarding the degree of mixing, it is preferable that the peeling strength is 50 g/cm or more, and in that case, it will not be peeled during processing, and it will be peeled even after filling with elastic polymer and making artificial leather. You will get something very strong that cannot be peeled off. In addition, if the degree of mixing is increased, different types of threads will be mixed even in the surface layer, and the dyed product will have different colors in dots, resulting in an extremely poor-looking reversible artificial leather. is not desirable.
The degree of mixing is preferably 300 g/cm or less in peel strength. For this purpose, for example, when a sheet of ultrafine fibers with a knitted fabric sandwiched between them is entangled with a high-pressure fluid stream, consideration must be given to keeping the pressure below 20 kg/cm 2 . be.

That is, the separation between the knitted fabric and the non-woven intertwined body of ultrafine fibers is strong. Therefore, for example, sea components in sea-island fibers, soluble bulking fibers, or sizing agents such as polyvinyl alcohol that are used depending on the manufacturing process, etc., are removed and then the entangled body is It refers to peelability, and is generally measured on products from which the soluble portion has been removed from an entangled nonwoven fabric, or from a product sheet filled with an elastic polymer where the elastic polymer has been dissolved and removed. .

In addition to being able to be dyed very easily and successfully, the fabric structures of different fiber materials are intertwined with each other near the intermediate knitted fabrics, simply because the microfibers of different fiber materials are intertwined with each other near the intermediate knitted fabrics. Since the fibers are intertwined with each other, it is possible to provide artificial leather with extremely strong peeling strength compared to a nonwoven structure made of different fiber materials simply glued together by a method such as adhesion. Further, in the surface layer, since the ultrafine fibers of the nonwoven fabric layer on the opposite side to the knitted fabric are not mixed, it is possible to provide artificial leather with extremely good color development without color mixing.

When using ultrafine fibers that are difficult to peel off and have a single yarn fineness of 0.5 denier or less, they have a suede-like raised surface that feels extremely comfortable, beautiful, and looks great, making them extremely valuable suede-like products. It is artificial leather.

When the fibers are intertwined, they inevitably penetrate or insert themselves into the structure of the knitted fabric. The fibers that penetrate or insert into these knitted fabrics are

に述べる。 The suede-like artificial leather of the present invention has a non-woven fabric layer made of a tangled body of ultrafine fibers of different fiber materials on both sides of the knitted fabric, and the ultrafine fibers of these different fiber materials are the fibers constituting the knitted fabric. It is made from a non-woven fabric structure in which the ultrafine fibers on both sides are intertwined with each other near the knitted fabric, but do not mix in the surface layer. I will explain this method in a little more detail.

At this time, there is no problem in mixing a soluble fiber material for the purpose of controlling the texture; for example, short fibers of hot water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol can be mixed into the paper. The amount of paper mixed is determined by the desired texture of the artificial leather, but if the amount of paper mixed is small, the texture will be hard, while if the amount of paper mixed is large, it will have rubber elasticity and a soft texture. Furthermore, the mixing amount is related to the amount of nap of the artificial leather, so generally the mixing ratio with ultrafine fibers is 80.
Preferably, the amount is less than or equal to % by weight. Furthermore, by changing the amount of paper mixed on both sides of the knitted fabric, it is possible to balance the amount of nap and texture.

At this time, if the strength of the fluid flow is too weak, entanglement will not occur, and if the strength of the fluid flow is too strong, the two types of threads will mix to the surface, so it is necessary to select a preferable condition in between.

る。 The fiber material used in the present invention is
Any organic polymeric substance having fiber-forming ability can be used. Examples include cellulose, cellulose acetate, polyamide, polyester, polyacrylonitrile, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinyl alcohol, and copolymers thereof, and fibers can be made and used by commonly known spinning methods. . These fibers need to be entangled to prevent the two types of fiber materials from mixing on the front and back sides, so in order to obtain strong entanglement with a relatively weak force, or to obtain a fiber sheet, wet paper forming method is used. When using a fiber slurry, the length is preferably 10 mm or less in order to obtain a good dispersion state of the yarn in the fiber slurry.
If the length is 10 mm or more, strong force is required to entangle the threads, and the two types of threads may mix even to the surface, or the threads may become entangled with the fiber slurry, forming a clump of threads.

In this case, by considering the method of accumulation, a nonwoven structure can be obtained all at once, so this is one of the preferred methods.

Furthermore, the surface touch of artificial leather varies depending on the single-filament fineness of the ultra-fine fibers used, with a relatively thick single-filament fineness yarn providing a dry feel, and a yarn of 0.5 denier or less giving a soft feel. Provides artificial leather with a smooth and pleasant touch. Furthermore, if the fineness of the single filament of the ultrafine fibers on the front and back sides is greatly different, in addition to the different color effect on the front and back sides, the effect of having a different texture on the front and back sides also occurs at the same time.

Examples include polyester/polyacrylonitrile, nylon/cellulose, nylon/polyacrylonitrile, etc., and combinations dyed with dyes having different properties are generally preferred. Also,
Naturally, when dyeing with the same dye, the front and back sides have different tones (taking advantage of the differences in the absorbency of each component of the dyestuff), or the front and back sides have different brightnesses (taking advantage of the differences in the absorbency of the dyes). A combination of dyes dyed with the same property may be used.

According to the Adams color difference formula, it is preferable to have 3 NBS or more, and furthermore, if it is 12 NBS or more, the reversible effect is extremely large. Color difference is hue difference, brightness difference,
This may be due to each of the saturation differences, or may be due to a combination of them. In the present invention, this color difference can be set arbitrarily.

る。 The rubber-like elastic material may be anything that is used in ordinary nonwoven fabrics, such as polyacrylic acid, polyurethane, NBR, SBR, polyamino acid, and the like. These rubber-like elastic bodies are filled into the voids in the fiber structure of the fiber structure, and their state can be arbitrary, but from the viewpoint of texture and napping, they are not directly bonded to the fibers, but are interposed at some distance. It is preferable. This is preferable because the degree of freedom of the fibers increases, the texture becomes softer, and the fibers are more easily raised during the raising process. For this purpose, before inserting the rubbery elastic material, a substance that does not dissolve in the rubbery elastic material solvent, such as polyvinyl alcohol or sodium salt of carboxymethylcellulose, is attached around the fibers. You can stay there. Furthermore, the feel of the product can be adjusted by controlling the solidified structure of the rubber-like elastic body. Generally, by solidifying into a porous shape, the ability of rubber-like elasticity such as recovery against compression etc. is fully exhibited. For this purpose, the rubber-like elastic material to be impregnated may be prepared as a solution of dimethylformamide, dimethyl sulfoxide, etc., so that pores are created from which the solvent is removed when solidified, or a water emulsion type polyurethane is used to create pores in the same way. do it like this. Further, as described above, fibers that can be removed after interposing a rubber-like elastic body such as polyvinyl alcohol fibers may be added to the nonwoven fabric structure in advance during its manufacture. This leaves many fiber voids, resulting in artificial leather with a desirable texture.

This can be done in a step after impregnating the rubber-like elastic material, but it is also possible to The material may be subjected to a napping process before being coated, and the napping may be protected with polyvinyl alcohol, sodium salt of carboxymethylcellulose, etc., and then impregnated with a rubber-like elastic body.

In other words, the softer and finer the fluff is, and the higher the fluff density, the more the artificial leather can have a feel similar to the highest quality natural leather. Since the nap of the present invention has many vertical fibers penetrating the internal knitted fabric, there are many naps that have a very good writing effect.

Next, 0.5% of polyacrylamide (manufactured by Meisei Chemical Co., Ltd.) was added to this dispersion.
% aqueous solution was added to prepare a slurry liquid. This slurry liquid was made into paper using a hydroformer type inclined fourdrinier paper making machine to obtain a short fiber paper sheet having a basis weight of 120 g/m 2 . Similarly, cut polyethylene terephthalate yarn (29d/288f) into short fibers with a cutter to 5 mm, add 500 g of this short fiber and 500 g of polyvinyl alcohol fiber cut to 3 mm length to 500 m of water with stirring, and disperse. I made a liquid. Next, 50g of Homeless P-46 (manufactured by Meisei Chemical Co., Ltd.) and 20g of hexethylene glycol mono-P- were added to this dispersion.
A slurry liquid was prepared by adding 40 g of nonyl phenyl ether, sodium 2-pentadecenyl-3-carboethoxyethyl imidazoline, and a 0.5% aqueous solution 2 of polyacrylamide (manufactured by Meisei Kagaku).
This slurry liquid was made into paper using a hydroformer type inclined fourdrinier paper making machine to obtain a short fiber paper sheet having a basis weight of 120 g/m 2 . These two paper sheets are made of coarse plain weave (polyester,
75d/36f multifilament) was placed in the middle, and three layers were laminated with the polyester paper sheet side as the surface. This sheet with a laminated structure was placed on a wire mesh having a suction box with a perforated plate at the bottom, and a pressure of 8 kg/cm 2 was applied continuously over the entire surface of the three-layer structure sheet from a nozzle with a diameter of 0.10 mm. A high-pressure water jet is applied to the front and back sides once each, then twice to the back at a pressure of 10Kg/cm 2 , twice to the front at a pressure of 15Kg/cm 2 , and once to the front and back at a pressure of 8Kg/cm 2 . , further 8Kg/cm 2
Water was applied once on each side. When the cross-section of the sheet treated with high-pressure water was observed using a scanning electron microscope, no three-layer structure was observed, and the ultrafine fibers were entangled with the fibers that made up the plain weave, passing through the weave structure and moving in the vertical direction. It was a three-dimensionally intertwined nonwoven sheet with loose threads that could not be peeled off by hand, and the peel strength after removing the water-soluble portion was 100 g/m 2 .

At this time, the water pressure was applied at first at a pressure of 20 Kg/cm 2 once on each side, then at a pressure of 40 Kg/cm 2 twice on each side, and then again at a pressure of 60 Kg/cm 2 once on each side. The cross-sectional state of the sheet thus treated was almost the same as in Example 1, but the peel strength was extremely high and could not be measured by cutting the sheet. When this non-woven fabric material was subjected to the same post-treatment as in Example 1 and the same dyeing treatment, threads of different colors appeared in dotted lines on the front and back surfaces of the artificial leather along the trajectory of the high-pressure water stream. The result was only suede-like artificial leather, which had an extremely poor appearance.
