    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 測定対象のＩＣチツプに装着される絶縁材から
    なる本体及びこの本体に設けられ前記ＩＣチツプ
    のそれぞれのピンと電気的に接続されるコネクタ
    ピンを有するチツプキヤツプと、前記ＩＣチツプ
    における隣接するピン間距離よりも広い間隔で絶
    縁材からなる本体に測定用ピンを設けてなる測定
    用ターミナルと、前記コネクタピンと測定用ピン
    とを電気的に接続するケーブルとを具備すること
    を特徴とするＩＣチツプの電気信号測定用アダプ
    タ。
