用コンデンサ、２２，２７：可変容量ダイオード
、２３，２８：共振用コイル、２４，２９：共振
制御端子。

Claims (1)
- 入力端子と出力端子間に高周波スイツチを直列
に介装し、これらの入力端子および出力端子と接
地間に、所定のインピーダンスを有する抵抗と、
コンデンサと、可変容量ダイオードおよびコイル
の並列回路と、を直列接続してなる整合回路をそ
れぞれに介装し、前記高周波スイツチを導通させ
た際に前記整合回路を所定周波数に並列共振させ
、前記高周波スイツチを遮断させた際に前記整合
回路を前記所定周波数に直列共振させるように前
記可変容量ダイオードに制御電圧を印加すること
を特徴とする高周波スイツチ回路。
