Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 入力信号をレベルシフトして出力するレベルシ
    フト回路において、入力端子と、ベースがこの入
    力端子に接続された第１のトランジスタと、この
    第１のトランジスタと同極性のトランジスタと抵
    抗から成るカレントミラー回路と、上記第１のト
    ランジスタのエミツタとこのカレントミラー回路
    を成す１つのトランジスタのコレクタとの間に直
    列に接続された抵抗及び順方向に接続された複数
    個のダイオードから成る第１の直列回路と、この
    第１の直列回路と上記カレントミラー回路の接合
    点に接続された出力端子と、ベースが基準電圧供
    給源に接続された、前記第１のトランジスタと同
    極性の第２のトランジスタと、この第２のトラン
    ジスタのエミツタとカレントミラー回路を成す他
    の１つのトランジスタのコレクタとの間に順方向
    に直列接続された複数個のダイオードから成る第
    ２の直列回路とより構成したことを特徴とするレ
    ベルシフト回路。
