装置の平面図、第８図は従来の丸棒の面取り装置
の螺旋ローラ装置の要部の正面図である。 図中、１は回転砥石、２は螺旋ローラ装置、２
０は第１の螺旋ローラ、２１は第２の螺旋ローラ
、２２はシーソ部材、２９は駆動装置、３はスト
ツパ部材、５は基台、６は平滑ローラ装置、７は
ワイヤーブラシ装置をそれぞれ示す。

    数組の平滑ローラ装置と、 該回転砥石とほぼ平行にこれの前方に回転自在
    に配置され、螺旋状のねじ山が外周部に形成され
    た複数個の螺旋ローラ装置と、 前記回転砥石の上方にこれの軸心とほぼ平行に
    配置されたストツパ部材と、で構成された丸棒の
    面取り装置において、 該螺旋ローラ装置は、 外周部に螺旋状のねじ山をもち該ねじ山のピツ
    チが夫々ことなる少なくとも２個の螺旋ローラと
    、 各該螺旋ローラを昇降可能に保持し昇降により
    少なくとも２個の螺旋ローラのうちいずれか１個
    の螺旋ローラを一定高さ位置の丸棒支持位置にき
    りかえるローラ切換装置と、で構成されているこ
    とを特徴とする丸棒の面取り装置。 (2) ローラ切換装置は、揺動自在に配設され２
    個の螺旋ローラを保持したシーソ部材と、該シー
    ソ部材を揺動させることにより該螺旋ローラを一
    定高さ位置の丸棒支持位置にきりかえる駆動装置
