- あらかじめ熱可塑性樹脂を用いて成形された上
下のシエルで、ＩＣチツプを搭載したリードフレ
ームをはさみ込み、シエル封止面を加熱溶融して
封止するタイプのＩＣ用プラスチツクパツケージ
において、シエルのインナーリード押え部に位置
決め用凸起を設けたことを特徴とするＩＣ用プラ
スチツク・パツケージ。
