The present invention proposes a hard wall material that creates a design and a three-dimensional effect by making the outer surface of the tile protrude from the main decorative surface.

Main body 2 is one type of cement board, ceramic board, porcelain board, calcium silicate board, calcium carbonate board, etc., or a mixture of these with glass fiber, asbestos fiber, steel fiber, carbon fiber, whiskers, aramid fiber, and various mineral fibers. formed by extrusion molding, press molding, or injection molding, or weaving various fibers into a cross shape or three-dimensional shape,
This is impregnated with cement, clay, etc. and formed into a panel shape. That is, the main body 1 mainly consists of a decorative surface portion 3, a male fruit portion 4, and a female fruit portion 5, as shown. This decorative surface part 3 is a part on which tiles 1, which will be described later, are laid, and is a part that appears visually as a joint between the tiles 1. Also, the male part 4 and the female part 5 function as connections between wall materials. As shown in the figure, it is formed in the shape of a mating bevel or, although not shown, in a male-female mating structure. In addition,
It is also possible to provide the main body 1 with a hollow hole 6 as shown in the figure. This hollow hole 6 is useful for reducing the weight of the wall material, and also helps to prevent the formation of dew condensation due to the movement of air within the hollow hole 6. The tiles 1 are laid and integrated onto the decorative surface portion 3 of the main body 1 during the manufacturing process on the wall material. The tiles are mainly porcelain tiles, lamp tiles, ceramic tiles, brick tiles, etc., with or without glaze on the outer surface 7a, and can be selected depending on the purpose of the wall material. In addition, as shown in FIG.
It is laid so that it protrudes by Δh. Therefore, the main window is strengthened by the shading of the tile main body, and a wall body with rich design can be formed.
なおタイル1の形状は、図では断面路H状ではあるが、
裏足のあるものも用いることが可能である。Although the shape of tile 1 is H-shaped in cross section in the figure,
It is also possible to use ones with soles.

1 to (e) show the laying patterns of the tiles L, which can be laid in a single-horse joint pattern, a true horse-tread joint pattern, or any arbitrary pattern based on tiles of different sizes. Further, as shown in the FEJ diagram, it is also possible to unevenly distribute the tiles L in the decorative surface portion 3 of the main body in a number of stages.

In addition, FIGS. 4(a) to 4(0) show modified examples of the main body, in which the male part 4 and the female part 5 have a one-female fitting structure, and a mounting bracket as shown by a dashed line on the wall material is used. It is also possible to form it so that it can be fixed to the wall base with α. Also,

Furthermore, since the tiles are laid in a predetermined pattern, it is easy to keep the joint width constant. Furthermore, since the outer surface of the tile protrudes beyond the joints of the main decorative surface, the shading of the tiles at the joints greatly improves the three-dimensional effect and design. In addition, when a hollow hole is provided in the main body, it is lightweight,
Condensation can be prevented. It has the following characteristics.
