Furthermore, the adhesive strength of the tiles varies depending on the degree of kneading and drying of the mortar, and in severe cases, the tiles may peel off.

The present invention proposes a hard wall material that can strengthen the adhesion between the tile and the main body, prevent the tile from peeling off, and improve workability and design.

Main body 1 is one of cement boards, ceramic boards, porcelain boards, calcium silicate boards, calcium carbonate boards, etc., or these mixed with glass fibers, asbestos fibers, steel fibers, carbon fibers, whiskers, aramid fibers, and various mineral fibers. It is formed by extrusion molding, press molding, injection molding, or papermaking, or it is formed by weaving various fibers in a cross shape or three-dimensional shape, impregnating it with cement, clay, etc. and forming it into a panel shape. That is, the main body↓ mainly consists of a decorative surface portion 3, a male fruit portion 4, and a female fruit portion 5, as shown in the figure. This decorative surface part 3 is a part on which tiles 1, which will be described later, are laid, and is a part that appears visually as a joint 3a between the tiles 1. Also, the male part 4 and the female part 5 function as connections between the wall materials. As shown in the figure, it is formed in the shape of a mating bevel, or, although not shown, in a male-female mating structure. Note that it is also possible to provide a hollow hole 6 in the main body 1 as shown in the figure. This hollow hole 6 is useful for reducing the weight of the wall material, and also helps to prevent the formation of dew condensation due to the movement of air within the hollow hole 6. The tile 1 is laid and integrated onto the decorative surface portion 3 of the main body 1 during the manufacturing process on the wall material. This tile 1 is a porcelain tile.
These are porcelain tiles, ceramic tiles, brick tiles, etc., with or without glaze on the outer surface 7a, and can be selected depending on the purpose of the wall material. Further, the tile 1 is laid so that the joint 3a of the decorative surface portion 3 of the main body 2 and the outer surface 7a of the tile 1 are substantially flush with each other, as shown in FIG. This is to increase the adhesion area between the tile 1 and the main body 1, strengthen the adhesive force, and prevent the tile work from peeling off from the main body 1. Although the shape of the tile 1 is trapezoidal in cross section in the figure, it is also possible to use a tile with a normal sole, a tile with an H-shaped cross section, etc.

It is also possible to make the numbers unevenly distributed on the decorative surface part 3 of. In addition, in FIGS. 3(a) to (el), only the decorative surface portion 3 is shown. In addition, FIGS. It is also possible to form the part 5 to have a male-female fitting structure, or to fix it to the wall base using a mounting bracket α as shown by the dashed line on the wall material. It is possible to make the decorative surface part 3 slanted as shown in FIG. Although not shown, (nl
It is also possible to lay tiles only on one side of the wavy pattern in [1], or to lay tiles only on the horizontal plane (in figures k1 to fm1), or only on sloped surfaces. ) indicates only the subject.

Workability is greatly improved, and the work can be easily done without requiring any skill. Furthermore, in the manufacturing process of the wall material, the main body and the tile are integrated, and because they are laid and integrated so that the outer surface of the tile is approximately flush with the joint between the decorative surface of the main body, the adhesive strength between the tile and the main body is improved. It is strong, has no variation, and can prevent tiles from falling off. Furthermore, since the tiles are laid in a predetermined pattern, it is easy to keep the joint width constant. In addition, when a hollow hole is provided in the main body, it is lightweight and can prevent dew condensation. It has the following characteristics.
