Claims (1)
- ロボツトにノズルを着脱自在に取付け、上記ロ
ボツトによりノズルを所定の軌跡に沿つて移動さ
せるものにおいて、ロボツトの移動範囲内の所定
の検査位置にノズル検査治具を昇降自在に配置し
、該検査治具の上面の基準位置にノズル外径より
わずかに大径の検査穴を形成してなるノズル位置
検査装置。
