Claims (1)
- 被測定体の物理的特性を測定するセンサーと、
このセンサーに組込まれた温度補償用測定体と、
この温度補償用測定体の特性に応じて識別用抵抗
が選択的に接続され、これら抵抗の各接続状態に
おける発生電圧の違いより前記温度補償用測定体
の種類に応じた識別信号を発生する識別手段と、
前記識別信号に基づき前記温度補償用測定体固有
の温度特性に合せて温度換算を行い、これに基づ
き測定信号に対し温度補償を行う温度補償手段と
を具備する温度補償用測定体付分析装置。
