Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 冷却液を満した液槽内に冷凍装置に接続し
た蒸発器と、飲料供給源に接続した飲料冷却管と
を冷却液中に設置するとともに前記冷却液撹拌用
のアジテータを設け冷却液を循環流動させ飲料冷
却管内を流れる飲料を冷却させて注出する飲料注
出装置において、冷却液の温度を検出する制御素
子を設け、この制御素子により冷却液の温度を検
出し、冷却液の温度が所定温度以上の時アジテー
タを高速運転し、所定温度以下の時低速運転する
ように冷却液の温度に応じてアジテータの速度を
制御する手段を設けたことを特徴とする飲料冷却
注出装置。 (2) 冷却液は蒸発器の周囲に氷層を生成させて
蓄熱した第(1)項記載の飲料冷却注出装置。
