Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 塗装ガンのノズル先端部を洗浄槽に臨入さ
    せ前洗浄槽内に配設された複数の洗浄用ノズル部
    材から洗浄用流体を噴射して前記ノズル先端部を
    洗浄する洗浄装置であつて、前記洗浄槽は前記塗
    装ガンのノズル先端部を受容する少なくとも２枚
    以上の可撓性のカバー部材を含み、前記カバー部
    材は前記塗装ガンの臨入する部分の直径より小径
    な孔部を有すると共に、前記孔部に所定間隔離間
    して半径方向に延在する複数のスリツトを連通し
    、さらに、夫々のスリツトが重なり合わないよう
    夫々のカバー部材を重畳させ、塗装ガンを前記孔
    部に嵌合する際に前記塗装ガンとカバー部材とで
    洗浄槽の内部と外部とを遮断してノズル部材から
    噴射する洗浄用流体が前記洗浄槽の外部に漏洩す
    ることを阻止するよう構成することを特徴とする
    塗装ガン用洗浄装置。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の装置
    において、カバー部材は洗浄用流体に対し耐食性
    に優れた樹脂系材料で形成してなる塗装ガン用洗
    浄装置。
