  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 直流電源に対して順方向となるゲートターンオ
    フサイリスタを直列接続したゲートターンオフサ
    イリスタの直列回路と、 前記直列回路の最終端のゲートターンオフサイ
    リスタのカソードと接地間に接続されたスイツチ
    ング素子と、 前記スイツチング素子のオン時に前記最終端の
    ゲートターンオフサイリスタにオンゲート電流を
    供給するオンゲート回路と、 所定値以上の逆電圧印加時に導通する半導体素
    子を前記直流電源と接地間に直列接続するととも
    に、隣接する前記半導体素子間の各橋絡点を前記
    ゲートターンオフサイリスタのゲートに各々接続
    した半導体素子の直列回路とを備え、 前記オンゲート回路の動作時に前記直流電源か
    ら前記各半導体素子を介して前記各ゲートターン
    オフサイリスタのゲートにオン電流を導くととも
    に、前記スイツチング素子をオフ制御することに
    より前記各ゲートターンオフサイリスタのカソー
    ド電圧を上昇せしめアノード電流をゲートから前
    記各半導体素子側へ引き出すことを特徴とするゲ
    ートターンオフサイリスタの制御回路。
