、基板表面に分子線を照射するための窓を有し、
該窓の周辺に基板を固定するための溝（段）およ
び金属ワイヤのスプリングを固定するための凹状
の溝をもうけ、基板を保持治具に装着してその裏
面より弾性を有する金属スプリングによつて固定
するようにしたことを特徴とする基板保持治具。 ２ 弾性を有する金属スプリングがタングステン
製であることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項記載の基板保持治具。 ３ 基板の裏面に重ね板を重ねて固定することを
