Claims (1)
- 流体輸送管路の所定の部分に加圧室が設けられ
ており、該加圧室の両端には流体吸入弁及び流体
排出弁が配設され、加圧室内の流体温度が制御さ
れて流体吸入弁及び流体排出弁が開閉されるよう
に構成されてある熱駆動流体ポンプであつて、流
体吸入弁及び流体排出弁には形状記憶合金で形成
されてあつて、流体温度の制御により開閉作動す
るように構成されてある弁開閉手段が設けられて
あることを特徴とするもの。
